I'm Stylish, You Say?

I really didn't think puke covered t-shirts and unwashed hair were today's latest fashions. Ok, so maybe it's not me so much as my blog that's stylish. But, hey, I'll take it! Thanks so much to Mitzi @ the goodsons family journey for bestowing me the Stylish Blogger Award!

My Duties as the Stylish Queen:
1. Link back to the person that gave you this award
2. Share 7 things about yourself
3. Award 10 great bloggers

7 Things You've Always Wanted to Know:
1. Breastfeeding is exhausting. I am so thankful I can provide this awesome nutrition for my son, but it has also forced me to be a slave to my own breasts. I have to plan everything around my son's feeding and my pumping schedule. I'll admit, I have wanted to give up a couple of times and switch to formula. I can't bring myself to do it, though. I feel like I'd be cheating him, and then I realize I can do this and this won't last forever.
2. I don't have a stylish, cosmetic bone in my body. I can't apply makeup or fix my hair perfectly to save my life.
3. I got a Kindle for Christmas and have only had time to read one book. I'm just now starting on my second. Shameful.
4. I recently became a SAHM and love every second of it...even when that means I'm covered in puke.
5. I have read the Twilight series twice now and Twilight itself 4 or 5 times. Total Twi-hard.
6. Yogurt makes me gag. Even chocolate yogurt.
7. My favorite sport is baseball; I don't get football at all. NFL Sundays are my least favorite days. Aaron gets so annoyed because I pick which team I want to win based on their "outfits." =)

I'm cheating: Nolan isn't napping well today, so I would like to award all my followers. I think you are all worthy of being anointed Stylish Queen!

Its true, breastfeeding is exhausting and EVERYTHING is planned around it in the beginning--but here I sit 8 months into it and I am telling you--its easy schmeasy. LIKE, So easy. I'm so glad to have the convenience of my boobs over a bottle (although we do use bottles sometimes)--its just easier! cheaper. and heck, good for them too.

Good job, momma, you should be proud.

ps: I *almost* stopped around 6'ish months...just got irritated for a little bit. I pushed through and now I can't even imagine stopping for a while its just that easy.
